Multiple Award-winning Reggae Dancehall artist Stonebwoy has expressed his admiration to the organizers of Afronation for organising a festival in lieu with the year of return initiative by the President of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo.

The initiative by the president is to bring all the African Americans in the diaspora under one unit.

The festival saw the performance of great artists like Stonebwoy himself, Shatta Wale and many others.

Taking to his Instagram page, Stonebwoy wrote;
Thank you Afronation fot bringing such an impeccable attention to Ghana, the Socio-Economic benefit and uniting Black people from the Diaspora to their roots 400 years after the first slave ship left the shores of the Gold Coast!! Welcome to the center of world…Enjoy the rest of the Star- Studded Festival.”

The festival was dubbed Afrochella 2019 and it brought a lot of foreigners from the diaspora who couldn’t hide their joy with thrilling performance from some of the Ghanaian artist.
