Ghanaian music superstar Fuse ODG has slammed American artist Michael Blackson over his recent comment that there is only 4 celebrities in Ghana.
Recall that a video went viral yesterday where Michael Blackson was interviewed on popular American podcast “Drink Champs” where he said there are only four celebrities in Ghana whereas there were many in Nigeria.

According to Blackson, the only Superstars in Ghana that are celebrated and held in high esteem include; Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, Sarkodie and Black Sherif as the only celebrities Ghanaians can boast of.
Nigeria has all the stars. Nigeria is like the New York of music in Africa and Ghana is like the Dubai of Africa I can only count about four superstars in Ghana. We have Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, and Black Sherif,” Blackson said on the Drink Champs podcast hosted by N.O.R.E. & DJ EFN.
It seems the comment didn’t sit well with Fuse ODG as he has reacted to the comment and took to his Twitter to slam the American artist.
He wrote;
“Mike…I don’t know how you go on @Drinkchamps and say there are only 4 artists in Ghana. Not cool bro. I’ve personally introduced u to a lot of GH artists in GH! smh. Stop embarrassing us on these platforms…you’re supposed to educate them.”
