Patience has proven to be the greatest virtue anyone can have. When Shatta Wale first announced his collaboration with American pop star Beyonce, he was bashed a lot on social media by people who felt he was overreacting over nothing.

Well, as typical of Shatta Wale, he didn’t reply his haters but waited to prove them wrong.

During the shooting of Beyonce’s latest film “Black is King” which will be officially released today, the Dancehall artiste was made the face of the movie.

In a snippet of the movie which circulated on social media, Beyonce is seen giving a hug to Shatta Wale which caused an uproar on social media.

The likes of Ghanaian Comedian DKB reacted by saying he wouldn’t have bathed for the rest of his life had he been the one to receive that memorable hug.

Despite the hype and attention he was receiving from various celebrities in Ghana, Shatta Wale for some reasons never responded and also never posted an update about his feature with Beyonce until few hours ago.

In a post sighted by GhBase.com on his Facebook page, Charles Nii Armah Mensah aka Shatta Wale expressed his gratitude to Beyonce for giving him such a huge platform to share his talent.

Shatta Wale wrote:

Thank you My Queen for believing in my talent and giving me a platform to share my good message to the world.. God will forever bless you.#Symbolofhope”

His message has since been applauded by his fans and friends.

Congratulations Shatta on this big win!!
