Popular Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke has disclosed that his fight with Uche Maduagwu which went viral was intentionally planned to sell his latest movie.
Recall in August 2021, Jim Iyke and Uche Maduagwu were captured on camera fighting as Jim dished out some punches to him after the latter took to social media to question his source of wealth.
This led to Jim tracking him down to his studio where they exchanged blows.
Well, in a recent interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo, Jim Iyke has disclosed that he intentionally arranged to shoot the scenes to promote his movie dubbed, “bad comment’.
According to him, he knew the video will go viral hence they capitalized on it to get huge publicity as Nigerians have good taste for gossip and controversies.
He however emphasized that the plan yield the needed results for the film but before it was struggling to get huge numbers despite pumping millions into the production and promotion.
