Pastor Ib Isong is a Nigerian pastor who believes the next generation will not dwell on previous superstition and beliefs which makes “gods” fearful.
According to him, when he was young, it was even impossible to look or point at a deity let alone to sit next to it but the next generation will not leave in such a state of fear.
Sharing a photo of a young boy sitting next to a deity on social media, Pastor Isong wrote:
“The next generation will have no regard for the “gods” See guts! In our days, Mummy will skin you alive for even pointing a finger. What we fear is fearing us!”
