Ghanaian musician, producer, Blakk Avenue boss and entrepreneur Desmond Blackmore popularly known as DBLACK has opened up on some challenges facing the Ghanaian music industry.
D-Black in a tweet, lamented how the music industry is messy and how mechanisms don’t work for industry players.
D-Black added that it is worse for disc jockeys and producers who work behind the scenes because they struggle to get gigs and other opportunities to make some cool cash.
His comments came on the back of numerous beefs which have been going on in the industry and accusations against some artistes for failure to pay producers for their work.
The likes of Shatta Wale and other artists have on several occasions lamented about how the Music Industry is difficult especially for upcoming artistes.
