The Christian Bible makes it clear without doubt that there’s so much blessing in giving than receiving. Riding on this assertion, most people desire to donate to those in need but in doing so, they overlook the words according Matthew 6:3.
The inscription according to the Gospel of Matthew admonish donors to willingly give without making it public but that’s not the reality on grounds. Lest I forgot, Matthew 6:3 reads “But you, doing acts of charity, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing.”
These days, donors which include Christians go to orphanages, prisons, hospitals, and other places of interest with the aim of charity but with huge megapixels – cameras – so they can publicise the alms giving. With this attitude, discerning people see it as wrong especially the Holy Bible.
Contrary to the above scriptural scenario, Gospel musician Diana Antwi Hamilton says she doesn’t buy what he Bible admonishes donors to do – thus, do make donations without the cameras! According to the sensational gospel musician, there’s nothing wrong if one chooses to make his or her donations public.
Speaking to DJ Reuben, host of Luv FM’s Drive Time on yesterday, February 14, 2019, the “Work In Progress” hitmaker posited that the main reason why donors of today chooses to publicise their acts is that they received support from other people. So, to let those who supported the charity know that their donations were used for the intended purpose, cameras should not be left in the house.
