Former member of the defunct P-Square music duo, Peter Okoye aka Mr. P, has come for his haters in a new post he shared on social media.
The once formidable music group disintegrated in 2016 supposedly over a disagreement about the role of their manager—their elder brother, Jude.
They were able to patch things up, however, even releasing two new songs together earlier in 2017.
Sadly, the reconciliation was short-lived, as Peter reportedly sent a termination letter yesterday requesting to part ways with his brother once again.
Premium Times Nigeria reported at that time that Peter claimed that his brother was being generally uncooperative about matters relating to the group, and had even gone as far as to slander his wife and children on social media. He called for the cancelation of their upcoming U.S. tour.
In the letter, Peter raised very serious allegations as he describes feeling as though his brothers posed a threat to him and his family’s well-being.
“Me and my wife have been getting life-threatening messages and I fear for my life and the life of my family,” he stated. Remember Jude has threatened to kill me and shoot my wife in the presence of Paul and Mrs. Imoke,” he said.
Well, it has been almost four years since they went their separate ways and evidently, it’s Paul Okoye (Rudeboy) who is making it as a solo artist with a couple of hit songs to his name so far.
In that regard, Mr. P has sent a message to his detractors who keep on telling him he should reconcile with his brother to revive the PSquare brand again because he can’t make it on his own.
