Nigeria’s M.I Abaga has once again lauded Ghanaian Rap artist, Sarkodie for his vintage flow at the BET 2019 cypher which went viral yesterday on social media.
Sarkodie on Saturday made history as he beat competition from Falz (Nigeria), Ghetts (U.K.), Kalash (France), Lil Simz (U.K.), Nasty C (South Africa) and Tory Lanez (Canada) to emerge the winner of the Best International Flow at the 2019 BET HipHop Awards.
Sarkodie and French Rapper Kalash who were both nominated for the Best International Flow Category at the 2019 BET HipHop Awards 2019 teamed up on a cypher.
The session commenced with an impressive flow by Kalash and completed by a flaming delivery emanating from Africa’s most decorated rapper, Sarkodie.
In Sarkodie’s worth listening delivery, he advised women to appreciate their melanin skin and be proud of their scars and stretch marks. According to him, there’s nothing more beautiful than a skin like that and a woman who takes absolute care of it.
Sarkodie in his flow advised people to free their minds from the things holding them back from greatness.
Sarkodie also shared a perspective of how the west continues to colonize the African continent and also called for a united African front, a move he believes will be a threat to the Western agenda.
M.I after listening to Sarkodie’s flow took to Twitter to shower praise and bow down to the African rap king.
“This is just excellence.. one of the best rap verses I have ever heard.. up there with @TumiMolekane verse at Sway!!! Take a bow king @sarkodie .. wow wow wow,” his tweet read.
