Thomas Leon Jackson, born on December 20, 1959, was the son of Sue Ann Ransdell Jackson and Thomas Jackson. He worked at Federal Express before retiring and also worked as a dump truck driver for Taylor Transport in Cartersville, Georgia.
Jackson gained hope from his appearance on Queer Eye’s “You Can’t Fix Ugly” episode. After his passing, his family asked fans to watch the episode in tribute to him.
The official Queer Eye Instagram account announced Jackson’s death from metastatic adenocarcinoma at the age of 63. The post included photos of Jackson and received comments from France and Van Ness, expressing sadness and offering condolences. Co-host Bobby Berk paid tribute to Jackson by enjoying a “redneck Margarita” in his honour.
