Popular Mzansi media personality, Unathi Nkayi has disclosed that she is returning to radio after being axed from her former station.
She made this known via her Instagram page that she had scored a radio gig and would be back on air from 1st March but didn’t open upon which radio station she would be joining.
Announcing the offer she has gotten, the former Idols SA judge posted a video saying the radio didn’t want her to go.
“It seems like this radio thing doesn’t want to let me go.”
“Because from the 1st of March you know what I’m going to be doing?”
“I’m gonna be driving you home, 3 to 6 drive time, 1st of March, I’ll see you there”
This comes after she was fired from Kaya 959 in November last year after the station announced the termination of her contract.
