The police have finally cleared the air on a viral report which saturated the social media landscape published by www.Ghbase.com on Tuesday, September 7.

In the said report, we said a group of armed robbers ran to the KFC branch in Osu to seek refuge after they were pursued by area boys.

This was after their robbery operation was foiled by the vigilant area boys who tried to lynch them but they ran as fast as their legs could carry them to KFC and begged the workers to call the police. Consequently, videos went viral on social media capturing gun-wielding personnel moving in and out of the KFC eatery at Osu.

We could not authoritatively vouch for the authenticity of the report and promised to furnish readers with any further development when it drops.
