American hip pop artiste, Cardi B has been ranked number on Billboard hot 100 with her latest track dubbed “WAP”.
Just one week after revealing their first single together, Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion have debuted that cut, the overtly sexual and intensely catchy “WAP,” at No. 1 on the Hot 100.
WAP is Cardi B’s fourth No. 1 hit on the Hot 100 and her first in two years. She first reached the summit on the all-genre tally of the most-consumed songs in the U.S. with “Bodak Yellow,” which turned her into a household name. She quickly followed that success with “I Like It” with Bad Bunny and J Balvin and then “Girls Like You,” a collaboration with Maroon 5.
In addition to her four chart-toppers, Cardi has also landed another four top 10 singles, bringing her career total to eight placements inside the area.
Reacting to the news, an overly excited Cardi B took to her Instagram page to write; Number f*ckin one!!!!! NUMBER 1!!
