Seydou Zerbo’s side will now have to turn their attention to the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League after failing to go past the first round in Africa.

Reacting to the painful defeat in town, Kumasi-based Light FM sports journalist Kojo Abu Bonsra popularly called Super Obondede in the sports fraternity has revealed that coach Seydou Zerbo doesn’t qualify to coach a big club like Asante Kotoko considering his background in his hometown at Burkina Faso.

According to Super Obondede in the studios of Light FM, Seydou Zerbo works as a cassava farmer in Burkina Faso, therefore, he has no technical know-how to be in the affairs of Kumasi Asante Kotoko reason why the team failed to make any good impact in the ongoing CAF Champions League.
