Ghana’s showbiz industry in January 2017 was hit with news of an end of a working relationship between Stonebwoy and his resident producer, Beatz Dakay on a very unfriendly term.
Consequently, both took to social media to let the public know their sides of the story. Beatz Dakay accused Stonebwoy of vandalizing his studio after the two disagreed on a matter.
After parting ways, the two staged a comeback but from the look of things the chemistry wasn’t there, therefore, their output couldn’t produce any enviable results.
It’s at the back of the bad blood between Stonebwoy and Beatz Dakay that Ruthy of Nhyra FM fame has envisaged that the Dancehall artiste was doing the most in the Ghana music industry when he had a good working relationship with Beatz Dakay.
Simply put in the voice of Ruthy, Stonebwoy under Beatz Dakay born Vincent Dakay Mensah was producing more hits and better songs than now citing “Run Go” to buttress her point which according to her, that song is a timeless song produced by Beat Dakay.
She, therefore, admonished Stonebwoy to do everything in his capacity to sort things with the one-time serial hit-maker, Beatz Dakay as he was giving him the very best of instrumentation comparably to his current beat producers.
