A man has put his relationship in a hard place, after an attempt at a romantic proposal backfired in his face.

In a viral video that has sparked talks on social media, the said man was out buying foodstuff with his girlfriend at the market, when all of a sudden he went on one knee and popped the question.

His sudden action seems to have triggered the lady’s anger, as she suddenly lost her cool and began hailing insults on her boyfriend, questioning why he will even try proposing to her in the middle of the market, of all places.

Per her reaction, it is obvious she will opt out of the relationship immediately they leave the scene.

Netizens have however called out the man for his thoughtlessness, and quizzed why he will carry out an important moment of their lives in such a poor setting.
