Visually Impaired Singer Adelaide Reveals How An Ordinary Headache Caused Her To Go Blind

Visually impaired talented singer,  Adelaide Bortier, with her stage name Adelaide The Seer, has revealed how having an ordinary headache totally transformed her life.

Speaking in an interview with ZionFelix on the ‘Uncut Show, Adelaide revealed that  her predicament started when she was in the Senior High School and she gradually lost her sight in her final year.

Narrating her ordeal, Adelaide said it all started as a normal headache, her temperature rising then she started having a stiff neck. She was quickly rushed to the hospital and unfortunately for her she lost her memory along the line and even went into a coma.

After she regained consciousness at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, Adelaide who only saw darkness around her started hallucinating for a while before she came to terms with her condition. She added that life was fun until she lost her sight because everything around her was confusing.

With the support of her family, Adelaide found her passion for singing and is currently pursuing it.
