“VVIP is not an upcoming group so what’s wrong if we’ve split” – Reggie Rockstone on VVIP’s long absence

Highlife grandpapa, Reggie Rockstone has revealed the long silence by the group VVIP which he joined in 2017.

The group has been quiet for quite some time and many music lovers are wondering whether the music group is dead or alive with many suggesting that they’ve broken up but aren’t announcing it.

In response to a question about VVIP not releasing music in an interview with Graphic Showbiz, the renowned Hip Life creator stated in a recent interview, “we are beginning on our individual ventures.”

“You won’t find two legendary brands coming together as one.” Reggie Rockstone is a fantastic brand in and of itself, and VIP is a fantastic brand as well. When these two brands come together, it’s a match made in heaven,” he told Graphic Showbiz.

The group is still in full flight, according to Reggie Rockstone. “Even though we’re starting our separate projects, the group is still extremely strong and relevant right now. We gave Ghanaians back-to-back hits over the course of four years.

Skolom, Selfie, OMG (Oh My Goodness), Dogo Yaro, to name a few, were all hits, and that should tell everyone that when it comes to giving Ghanaians great songs, we just do it,” he added.

The ‘Plan Ben’ rapper expressed his dissatisfaction with the Ghanaian music business, saying that Ghanaians do not take music seriously.
