Following the arrest of two Nigerian musicians by the Ugandan Police, the incident received several reactions; the latest to add her voice to the issue, is the Nigerian female footballer, Asisat Oshoala.
The Super Falcons and Barcelona Femeni striker believes it is time discussions are held for some of the nation’s wealthiest to buy the whole of Uganda so that the Nigerian citizens can refund the money back to them.
Asisat Oshoala believes, jokingly, that musician, Davido and Super Eagles striker, Ahmed Musa are the two stars who are capable and have the wherewithal to buy Uganda and so they would have to begin talks with those two.
“Omo na to begin talk to @davido and @Ahmedmusa718 make them go help us buy Uganda ooo , we go refund Una later #FreeTems #FreeOmahLay,” Oshoala wrote on Twitter.
You’d Recall here that Omah Lay and Temi were both arrested by Uganda Police on Sunday over their participation at a concert in contravention of COVID-19 rules in the country.
They were consequently charged to court and remanded on Monday for negligently engaging in acts capable of spreading deadly infectious diseases.
Asisat Oshoala thinks Davido and Ahmed Musa can buy the State of Uganda.
