Hebrew was mostly used by the scribes, teachers of the law, Pharisees, and Sadducees, the “religious elite.” This language was used in the synagogues. In his lifetime on earth, Jesus had a lot of encounters with the Pharisees and very possible to have used Hebrew to communicate with them. Another language used was Greek. This language was used by the Romans who at that time were ruling.

It is therefore possible that Jesus spoke three languages at that time which are Aramaic, Hebrew and Greek.
