‘When You Go For Money, Love Will Come’- Female Kenyan Artiste Advises Daughter to Choose Money Over Love (Video)

A popular Kenyan musician, Akothee has advised her daughter, Celine Dion Okello popularly known as Baby Rue, to choose money over love.

In a video that was shared on TikTok, the artiste who’s considered the richest musician in the East Africa country is heard telling her teenage daughter that going for money will bring love by default but on the other hand, going for love won’t bring in money.

“Go for money, my dear. When you go for money, love will come but when you go for love, money will never come. You better cry in Dubai than cry in Kanyamkago,” Akothee told Baby Rue.

Esther Akoth, popularly known as Akothee, is a Kenyan Musician and businesswoman. She is the founder of Akothee Safaris, Akothee Foundation, Aknotela, and Akothee Homes, a real estate business.
