I know the problems in your life won’t allow you sleep but what is the sense of making money when you are going to use all of it on hospital bills? Try and get at least 7 hours of sleep each day.
  1. You are stressed out: stress causes hormonal imbalance in women which leads to massive weight gain. Stress can make you die before your time. I know you have probably heard this a million times but try and reduce your stress. If possible, take a day to just go offline, sleep and ignore the world for 24 hours. That will help you in 60 years when you can no longer work.
