Emerging Nigerian singer Hotkid has revealed the piece of advice he got from his senior colleague Fireboy DML.
In a post he shared online, he said the Peru hitmaker asked him to stay away from women since they literally destroy destinies, especially on the back of his young, formative career.
Sprinkling a layer of humour to this development, Hotkid said on a normal day he would have stuck to the advice but coming from Fireboy DML who calls himself a playboy, he will skip it.
He took to his social media page to state that it is because of the YBNL artiste’s ‘playboy’ tag that he refused to heed the advice.
Hotkid wrote; ”Fire boy said “Hotkid stay away from girls, they corrode, destroy lives)
Would have taken the advise but it came from someone who literally called himself a “PLAYBOY”.
