Rise And Fall of Hitler
Hitler was born on 20 April 1889 in Braunau am Inn, Austra to Klara Poelzl and Alois Hitler. His rich father passed away when he was young. From selling paintings and artwork, Hitler entered into politics and became a prominent member.
After the end of World War 1, Hitler became an active politician. He expressed his disappointment in Germany for surrendering during the war especially the Treaty of Versailles deal Germany signed after surrendering to their opposition. As a great speaker and born leader, Hitler decided to unify the country and so in 1933, he was elected chancellor of Germany.
In his quest to restore the old and powerful Germany, Hitler started another war. He started capturing territories like Austria, Czechoslovakia and Poland. This started another war which we call World War II. He joined hands with Japan and Italy and fought the Allied Powers of Britain, the United States, the Soviet Union and France.
Everything was going according to plans. He captured some parts of Europe however, his opposition was also powerful. They fought back with all their strength and in 1945, defeated Germany.
How Did Hitler Die?
With the Soviet Union approaching and no way to retreat, Adolf Hitler committed suicide through gunshots. His wife, Eva Braun also died the same day.
Did Hitler Really Die or Escaped?
According to Marshal Georgy Zhukov at a press conference on 9 June 1945, Hitler did not really die but escaped to either Spain or Argentina. According to him, the purported head that the Soviet Union believed was the head of Hitler was rather that of a woman. However, lack of evidence made the stories weird and only a few believed them.
