Former President John Agyekum Kufuor has congratulated President Akufo-Addo as the president-elect of Ghana.
On Wednesday, December 9 2020, Electoral Commission (EC) boss Jean Mensa announced President Akufo-Addo as the president-elect of the Republic of Ghana.
He beats off competition from his key opponent John Mahama of the NDC by polling a total of 6, 730,413 representing 51.6% to 6, 214,889 representing 47.6% for the opposition party.
