You Don’t Pay Taxes And Levies And You Say Fix Wetin? – Hopeson Adorye Fires Ghanaians But Quickly Changes His Mind After He Was Lambasted

Defeated New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary candidate for Kpone Katamanso constituency in the recent parliamentary elections, Hopeson Adorye has been heavily trolled on Twitter over some unpleasant comments he made regarding the trending “FixTheCountry” posts.

Several Ghanaians have have been on the neck of the Government to fix the system and provide jobs among basic social amenities to the citizens to make life a little easier.

Reacting to this, Hopeson Adorye who probably saw the movement as silly asked if Ghanaians paid taxes and Levies to demand anything from the Government.

Unfortunately for him, his posted pissed a lot of people who called him out and asked him to retract his statement and apologize. Some even accused him of squandering Ghana’s money on unnecessary things.

Hopeson Adorye who was clearly sorry for his comments went ahead to post that he was misunderstood and now changed his mind that he would help Ghanaians fix the country together.
