“Your MPs now the big bosses”: Sarkodie blasts Akufo Addo-led gov’t in a new song for failing Ghanaians – LISTEN

Tema-based rapper Sarkodie real name Michael Owusu has subtly criticized the regime of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo.

Simply put, Sarkodie has released a new song condemning Ghanaian politics after being insulted by NDC supporters for ignoring Akufo Addo’s presidency.

The rapper addressed national issues with the economy, inflation, and dumsor during John Mahama’s presidency.

He, however, ceased speaking when Akufo Addo came to power after taking huge money to endorse Akufo Addo’s Free SHS.

Bu in a leaked song snippet, he criticizes the country’s leaders adding that he can’t understand why our incumbent MPs are now the big bosses; buying expensive wristwatches at the expense of the citizens.

Sarkodie highlighted political vigilantism and unemployment. More importantly, he hailed Ghana’s first president Kwame Nkrumah and said his ouster was a loss for the country.
