Popular radio personality, DJ Slim recently breathed fire and brimstone on the head of Sadiq Abdulai Abu and the entire organizers of the 3Music Awards for discrediting Asakaa Boys.
The fiery radio personality who led the Kumerican Boys to develop a frosty relationship with a section of the media and award organizers when they first burst into the mainstream, blasted 3Music Awards organizers and asked them to concentrate on making better plaques for their award scheme.
The beef was stoked after Ricky Tenneson who happens to be from the camp of 3Music Awards reminded DJ Slim how his wicked counsel has stalled the progress of Asakaa Boys while on the same wavelength Yaw Tog, Koi Jamar, Kwaku Flick, Gyakie and other New School artists are doing extremely well.
Consequently, DJ Slim started the hashtag Delete 3MusicAwards basically to register his displeasure following how organizers of the awards scheme under discussion maligned the relevance of the Asaakaa Boys of Kummerian Movement fame.
This banter made showbiz fanatics conclude that there’s bad blood between DJ Slim and Sadiq Abdulai Abu of 3Music Awards fame.
But from nowhere, a picture of the duo has emerged which goes a long way to prove that they have settled their differences.
However, DJ Slim in a Facebook Live interaction today made it emphatic that Sadiq Abdulai Abu has a bunch of great ideas, however, he’s doing things the wrong way especially when it comes to the categorization of 3Music Awards.
DJ Slim of Kumasi-based Radio One fame furthered that he can’t understand why David Nicol-Sey who is an integral member of 3Music organizers be cited as the winner of Best Director of the Year.
