Camidoh Becomes The First And Most Listened To Ghanaian Musician In The UK & Across Europe

Ghanaian Afropop/R&B singer, Raphael Camidoh Kofi Attachie, popularly known in showbiz as Camidoh has become the most listened to Ghanaian musician in the UK and across Europe.

This comes as a result of his song Maria which is the lead single of his EP “CP” (Contingency Plan) debuting at 9 major Afrobeats charts in the UK.

The ‘Maria’ track has become the favourite Afrobeat song of many at the moment based on the blend of Afropop, jazzy and melodious elements.

The song was peaked at #9 on this week’s top 10 Afrolit Playlist, Official Afrobeats Chart (Afrosurge Radio), Official Afrobeats Top 10 Chart (Legacy Radio), SDS Official Afrobeats Top 10 (Tribe Urban Radio), Top 10 Afrobeats Songs This Week (Beats Fuzion UK) and Official Afrobeats Top 10 (Afrobeats Plug Show).

These are charts which are almost always dominated by Nigerian acts like Tiwa Savage, Yemi Alade, Burna Boy, Rema, Fireboy DML, Patoranking, Naira Marley, Zlatan and Mayorkun. Therefore, Camidoh becomes the first and most listened to Ghanaian musician in the UK and across Europe.

The “CP” (Contingency Plan) EP is the maiden collection of songs by fast-rising musician Camidoh which is dedicated primarily to Afrobeat and Afropop songs interlaced with melody and harmonious rendition throughout. Maria and Tik Tok are two of the songs on the 6 track EP that are doing very well and setting the right mood and tone for the flow of emotions.
