The Sister of Actress, Christabel Ekeh, Tabita Ekeh has said her sister’s nude photos were shot for an advocacy project she is yet to unveil.

Actress Christabel Ekeh last week posted nude photos of herself on her Instagram page. The photos raised eyebrows as to whether her account has been hacked but she came out to say the pictures depicted the “new” Christabel.

There have been several reports suggesting that actress is mentally deranged and needs help in order to stabilize her condition.

But speaking on Accra-based Peace FM, Tabitha Ekeh, sister of actress Christabel Ekeh indicated that her sister is in the right frame of mind and is currently in Nigeria shooting a movie.

“You see, those pictures are for a self-employed project my sister intends to embark on. It is for advocacy against plastic surgery. You see that everything about the pictures is natural. The scars, the natural light and even the photos are not edited. So it was purely work and when she comes back from the shoot, she will explain more.”

She indicated that her family is not worried about the pictures because they believe that that is the path their daughter has chosen and needs to be supported in order to make the needed impact in the field she has chosen to be.

She, therefore, called on individuals spreading falsehood about the mental state of her sister because she is sound minded and did what she did with a very clear conscience.
