Doctor Cryme or simply D. Cryme is arguably the most handsome musician in Ghana right now. His real name is Darlighton Kwasi Agyekum and he belongs to the elite Tema rappers. He is a heart-throb and his music equally appealing.
He granted an interview to Hitz FM where he made a rather shocking (depending on your perspective though) revelation about the type of woman he wants in a relationship and provided valid reasons as well. He said without mincing words that he prefers a sugar mummy to relatively young women. A sugar mummy is a woman (often wealthy) who is in an amorous relationship a young man.
The Koko Sakora hitmaker said he needs a matured person he can easily relate to than a young woman who needs several hours of convincing just to understand a simple matter.
“I think a matured person is more appropriate for me even if she is older than me. We have a lot of people who have older wives and are still happily together so it doesn’t matter. The level of where I am, I need a matured person that I can easily reason with because I don’t need a young lady I should convince for a long time.”
D. Cryme had his breakthrough in the industry with his hit single, Kill Me Shy released in 2011. His subsequent projects did not produce any hit and was often criticized for being a ‘one man hit.’ But he proved his critics wrong in 2015 when he released Koko Sakora featuring Sarkodie.
