Koku Anyidoho who is the founder of the Atta Mills Institute and former deputy general secretary of the NDC has subtly jabbed NDC for going to court without facts.
Taking to the micro-blogging platform, Koku Anyidoho wrote, “If you don’t have a balcony, do not make a monkey your pet: if you don’t have facts to back your case, do not go to court oooo!”
Koku Anyidoho post appears to be a subtle jab at his former boss, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah who mounted the witness box yesterday at the Supreme Court to testify on behalf of the petitioner, John Dramani Mahama.
After over four hours of rigorous cross-examination by lead counsel for the 2nd respondent, Akoto Ampaw, Asiedu Nketiah made serious concessions which are likely to affect his case.
As a matter of fact, at a point, Mr Asiedu Nketia smartly denied his own evidence as the cross-examination intensified.
If you don't have a balcony, do not make a monkey your pet: if you don't have facts to back your case, do not go to court oooo!
