The whole exercise happened in the Nsawam municipality and it presented an opportunity for the young girls to understand menstrual hygiene better. The girls also had the chance to ask the nurse, Ms Abigail, who was present,  all of the questions in regards to their menstrual health, that hovered around their heads.

Miss Ida Sowah also empowered the girls, who were excited to see someone, who was once like them and now achieving her dreams. She motivated them and made them believe that, they could achieve anything in life, if they put their heart and mind to it.
