The national capital Accra will experience the intermittent sup[ply of power popular called ‘Dumnsor’ for the next two months, the Ghana Grid Company (GRIDCo) has announced.
According to a document released by GRIDCo, the next phase of ‘Dumsor’ will start on October 5, 2021, and end on December 5, 2021.
This is a move by the company to carry out maintenance works on the Achimota-Accra central lines.
The list of affected areas have been grouped into Group A, B AND c
Group A: Adabraka Old Timers, Mamprobi, Chorkor, Ageege, Lartebiokorshie, Valco Trust, Teachers Hall, among others.
Group B: Appolo Theatre, Asylum Down, Adabraka Market, Korle Gonno, Sukura, Mamprobi Polyclinic, Jamestown, Mataheko etc.
Group C: Central Police Station, Cocobod, Kingsway, Abossey Okai, Chorkor, Appiah Danquah, Graphic Press House, SSNIT among others.
