Well-known Nigerian music producer Sunday Nweke known well as Masterkraft has called out the organizers of the Headies award over his inability to win awards.
According to the music producer, he has been working hard and has contributed much to the Nigerian music industry but the organizers of The Headies have failed to recognize him.
The nominations of this year’s Headies Award was announced by the organizers on May 15th; however, the list did not contain Masterkraft’s name in the “Producer of the year” category.
The music producer took to his Twitter page to lament how the organizers have chosen to ignore him for many years despite his hard work and his contribution to the music industry.
He tweeted saying: And while I can, I have been a blessing to this naija music industry for years and will forever be a legend to anybody who chooses to be excellent, exceptional and special in the music space of this continent. And while the @The_Headies have chosen to ignore me for years”.
