MzVee, singer of the ‘Natural Girl’ song that made massive waves has decided to refrain from airing her views on the LGBT issue at hand.
Speaking on Kastle FM’s ‘Amansan Krakye’ show, she said, “I have my thoughts on the LGBT rights debate just that I don’t want to share it. I don’t want to share because it’s such a sensitive topic. I would keep my opinion to myself on this one.”
“If you say what is not okay for some people listening, you’re bad. If you say another thing which is not good for other people listening, then you’re bad. So I really don’t have much to say actually and honestly speaking,” the ‘dancehall queen’ continued.
Anti-LGBT structures and individuals such as churches, the governments and politicians have stood in the way of homosexuals who demand that their rights and sexual orientations be respected.
This cry seems to be falling on deaf ears as the LGBT centre which was recently opened has been ordered to cease operation and shut down.
