The 20th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards will happen this Saturday 18th May 2019 at the Accra International Conference Center with the aim of rewarding excellence.

The highlight of the upcoming event is centred on the artist to win the most prestigious award on the night which is ‘Artist of the Year’ but it seems all the attention has now been shifted to the artist who deserves to win ‘Artist of the Decade’.

Expectations are high with music enthusiasts backing Shatta Wale to win more on the night and probably carry the day with ‘Artist of the Decade’ award as he did with this year’s 3 Music Awards but Ghanaian Reggae and Dancehall artiste, Emmanuel Andrews Samini popularly known as Samini has declared that he deserves to win the ‘Artiste of the Decade’ award at the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards and no one can stand in his way for that.
