You would recall that some time last year August auditions were held for a new beauty pageant show, Face Of The Nation. Yes 20 lucky girls were selected for the competition and after weeks of fun, excitement and grooming the girls to become potential beauty queens, 10 girls were finally evicted.
The other 10 girls who qualified to the next round were groomed and taken through several fun activities but we couldn’t bring you updates on all that because of some technicalities .
At the finals of the Face Of the Nation beauty pageant which took place at the National Theatre on 11th March, 2017, Ghbase.com has learned that Ida Sowah was crowned the winner for the first edition of the pageant show.
Ida Sowah who is a 24 and a Fashion Designer was adjudged the winner on the night after the 10 finalists displayed their various talents on the night. The winner was chosen based on public votes and also marks from the 3 judges on the night, Emelia Brobbey (Actress), Eazzi (Musician) and Jaydee (CEO of Whyte House Productions).
Sabina Morga, 23 was the 1st runner up with Cynthia Kayang, 24, winning the second runner up spot.
