Now, Ghana’s rap heavyweight, Lord Kenya some few years ago denounced publicly the pleasures of the world and added that his fans as well as radio stations shouldn’t play his old songs again – They’re demonic to him. In a latest development from the camp of Abraham Philip Akpor Kojo aka Evangelist Lord Kenya has posited in an interview that his record as the best performer is undisputed although he’s hanged up the rap microphone long time.

He told the host of ‘Gangaa’ show on AdomTV, Maame Yeboah, that he is not jealous of the crowd that musicians like Shatta Wale, Sarkodie, others are commanding at their concerts because he did better in his heyday.

The ‘Sika Ba’ hitmaker said since he left the scene many years ago to evangelise, no musician in the country and on the continent has come close to his level of performance at concerts. He was emphatic there will never be any musician like him again.

According to him, he is not jealous when he sees young musicians brag about their ability to wow the crowd because his record is yet to be broken. Once again, he admitted that his honour as the best performer ever to come from the African continent especially in Ghana regardless of the talent was made possible by the intake of hard drugs just to energise him on stage.
