Jollof Debate: Yemi Alade Declares Battle After Ed Sheeran Says He Prefers Ghana’s Version

The unending battle between Ghana and Nigeria over jollof rice which tastes good than the other and now British vocalist, Ed Sheeran has waded into it.

Nigerian songstress, Yemi Alade declared the battle on the international scene on behalf of the green-white flag land.

This debate has been on top of numerous conversations as both countries fight for supremacy that they have the best Jollof.

In the latest post shared by Yemi Alade on her verified Instagram, she posted photos and a video of herself and Ed Sheeran as they got into the conversation of jollof rice.

The British singer who has ever been in Ghana noted that he prefers the Ghana version to Nigeria though he hasn’t tasted Nigerian Jollof and hasn’t been in the country.

Posting the photos Yemi Alade captioned, “”So @teddysphotos Started arguing about Ghanaian and Nigerian jollof (he hasn’t eaten Nigerian jollof yet oo ,the battle hasn’t been won)”
