Killbeatz Has Just Won His First Grammy Award—Well, Let’s Explain It

The Grammy’s is undoubtedly the biggest music award show in the world, and every artiste in the world dreams of winning a Grammy Award at least once in their life to validate that they truly have talent.

The 60th Grammy Awards was held yesterday, 28th January 2018 and Ed Sheeran’s album ‘Divide’ won the Best Pop Vocal album and that makes it his third Grammy as a musician. He won the award at the in Singapore as his category was not listed in the prestigious award categories for the main night.

Ed Sheeran had a song titled ‘Bibia Be Ye Yiee’ on his Divide album and the song is track 14 on the album. The music video for the song was shot in Ghana and the popular UK musician sang some parts of the song in Twi.

Killbeatz is one of the producers who produced the song ‘ Bibia Be Ye Yee’ together with  Ann Modey and for that matter, Killbeatz has also automatically won himself a Grammy Award too–Well, technically.

So now that Ed Sheeran has won the Best Pop Vocal album,  Killbeatz gets to get a Participation certificate from Grammys and can add that to his bragging rights!

Divide won over albums by other major chart-toppers including pop superstar Lady Gaga and rockers Coldplay.

Congrats to Killbeatz for winning this one. The production company which is Phamous Films also will get a certificate.

The song ‘Bibia Be Ye Ye‘ has garnered about 48 million views on Youtube since it was relased.
