Death. Kofi B suffered a heart attack and was pronounced dead a few minutes after being rushed to a hospital by his friend Kofi Nti. He died around 3 am on Sunday, 2 February 2020.
His unfortunate demise has become the talk of Ghana since Sunday, February 2020, taking into consideration his impact in our showbiz industry when he was alive. Consequently, almost all industry players have added their voice to the death of the Highlife legend.

Now, the newest person to add his voice to the ongoing buzz happens to be Okuraseni Samuel. According to Okuraseni Samuel in an interview with Koo Tv, he suggested that the late Kofi B should be given a state burial taking into consideration his marvellous works for the industry.
To his best knowledge, the Highlife artiste if given state burial will be a motivation for other musicians to also give out their best in order to sell Ghana to the international world through their various genre music.
