Ghanaian actress, Roselyn Ngissah has revealed that after all the efforts made by Kumasi based movie producers to cast in their movies have proved futile. This according to the actress is as a result of inconsistencies in the agreed amount. Simply put, Kumawood movie produces doesn’t pay well.
The actress who was speaking on RTV Ghana indicated that she does nothing apart from acting and therefore does not joke with her charges because that is what her life depends on.
“I’ve had lots of offers from Kumasi based producers but the cash involved had been a challenge. I don’t charge high and not low too but sometimes the timing to be on set doesn’t favour me.”
The actress had her turning point in the movie industry after starring in the popular movie “4 Play” directed by Frank Rajah Arase and henceforth has moved on from glory to glory. She also featured in the award winning movie titled Somewhere in Africa by RAJ & Heroes Films.
