Promising Ghanaian poet, musician, actor, and spoken words artiste popularly known as Ur Nenebi, has thrown chilly words at our leaders – – stating, “I think the reason parliamentarians were angry with Blakk Rasta is because probably 100% of our leaders smoke weed.”

His comments come in some few days after Parliament granted pardon to former Hitz FM presenter, Blakk Rasta, who alleged that 80% of parliamentarians smoke weed but backed out and apologized when he was invited before the Parliamentary Privileges Committee.

“I think the reason parliamentarians were angry with Blakk Rasta is because probably 100% of our leaders smoke weed” Ur Nenebi posted on his official Facebook wall.

He did not end there – – but took a swipe at the current Mayor of Accra, Oko Vanderpuye. He stated unequivocally, “Take Oko Vanderpuye for instead. You stupidly break down houses and shops killing people in the process.

“I know at least two people who fainted and died when their shops were being broken. One of them was operating her shop with bank loans. My family business was affected too but we gon be alright. After the demotion, you’ve left all the refuse close to the gutter.

“When it rains, the dirt will go into the gutter a.k.a Odornna River and cause another flood before you realised you’ve done mmoasem. #‎NoExplanation.”

Obviously, Nenebi’s sentiments are borne out of the general frustrations most people are going through currently in Ghana. He has shared is thoughts and that is the beauty of democracy. GHBase.com hope parliament do not invite him as they did to Blakk.
