Prez Akufo-Addo should come to Nogokpo and swear if he is not corrupt – NDC's Fiifi Kwetey

Following the growing perception of corruption surrounding the administration of President Akufo-Addo, he has been dared by MP for Ketu South Fiifi Kwetey to swear at Nogokpo.

Nogokpo is a popular place in the Volta Region where people believe has the most powerful gods and deities who have what it takes to expose any wrongdoing and unearth all secrets.

Speaking at a press conference in Accra today, the former Agriculture Minister dared Akufo-Addo to prove the authenticity of his incorruptible tag by visiting the shrines in Nogokpo and swear.

“I am from the Volta Region and if the President said he is not corrupt he should come with me to Nogokpo to swear before the deity,” he said.

The NDC and NPP have been having a go at each other and labelling one another as the most corrupt.

While the NDC will blow their trumpet by praising Mahama for protecting the public purse and accuse President of being corrupt, the NPP will stage a strong comeback by describing the president as the ‘incorruptible Nana Addo.”

Ghanaians have been left in a dilemma to pick between the devil and the deep blue sea as they are presented with two parties which they have to settle on the less evil.
