Ghanaian Hiphop artiste, Gemini Orleans has bemoaned the lack of recognition he is getting in the industry. He also revealed that he doesn’t think he will do danceable tunes to change the situation so he can be accepted.
He made this known during an interview on Hitz FM. He said:
“The masses want to dance. My career has been challenging and I don’t see it stopping”.
On whether he feels rejected as a musician, Gemini answered.
“I don’t feel rejected by the industry. Rejected is harsh. The industry makes room for spotlight. Everyone is trying to get in. But everyone doesn’t do the same kind of music. I see that as limitation. Not rejection. “
