Uuhhh! I just don’t know exactly why Sarkodie decided to drop this one but then after listening to the song, it’s obvious he just wanted to get something off his chest.
Yes, the rap god has released a new song titled “A Man’s World” and he makes a fuss again about the Ghanaian media and specifically mentions two men very popular in the Ghanaian media landscape, Akwasi Aboagye and Mark Mantey.
In the song, Sarkodie goes on to say that the Ghanaian media have become like judges who would want to see his downfall. He wines about how the media want to make the children to be scared of him by tagging him as a member of illuminati.
The BET winner said something in his song about Akwasi Aboagye, host of Entertainment Review on Peace Fm and it all owes to the fact that Akwasi Aboagye indicated sometime that he wasn’t going to give Sarkodie airtime on his show to promote himself because each time, he needs him (Sarkodie) to respond to a story about him, he ignores him.
“Peace Fm’s Akwasi Aboagye, I extend my regards to you, I had just wanted to come pay a visit and not that I really needed you. Little did I know that you had a beef with me, but then I heard you SCREAMING. For me I thought your shoes were making you feel uncomfortable” Sarkodie directed this lyric to the host.
