Shatta Wale has become the talk of Ghana this week as his recently released album christened “The Reign” has managed to get to #6 on Billboard. Thus, all the talks have been centered on the self-acclaimed Dancehall king on how his album popped up on Billboard despite its abysmal performance on iTunes.
In the process, Ghana’s very own Sarkodie decided to share a photo of his “Highest” album on his verified Twitter page at a time social media has stood still for Shatta Wale’s ‘Reign’ album which has managed to appear on Billboard. Fast forward, Twitter users who saw Sarkodie’s post at the time started to register their displeasure.
In the words of those who shared their sentiments in reference to Sarkodie’s act, there’s no need for the SarkCess Music CEO to remind them of the existence of his “Highest” album. They know it already and besides, it’s being a year now after its release, therefore no time to waste on dead and past stuff.
Even Showboy, a former crew member of Criss Waddle’s AMG business who is currently in the US, dropped ‘sense’ on Sarkodie for being jealous of Shatta Wale. See what he wrote;
