Shatta Wale in a song with Paq titled “Yɛ Kom” reechoed the assertion, “In every disgrace, there’s grace”. In other words, a unfortunate developed in the life of someone can be a blessing to other as in the case of Danso Abiam.

Remember that Shatta and Stonebwoy have been banned indefinitely by the VGMA board and it looks like the disgrace in the air is a blessing in disguise to some Ghanaian musicians not excluding Danso Abiam.
The Farmer crooner reacting to the ongoing buzz in a virtual interaction with kumikasa.com disclosed that, banning the two Dancehall giants is a great opportunity for other musicians especially himself to garner some plaques in the pier pending 2020 VGMAs.
“I’m happy for this development and it’s now time for me to re-ascend my throne. Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy have prevented some of us from winning and banning them is a great opportunity for us. This is a blessing in disguise and I thank God” Danso Abiam said.

As a reminder, Charterhouse released a press statement on May 23, 2019 banning Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy and stripping them of the awards won at the 20th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs).
