Award-winning filmmaker, Shirley Frimpong Manso has produced a new movie titled ‘PotatoPotaho’ which is set to premiere in Ghana on 30th November 2017.
The new movie features fine actors and actresses from Ghana and Nigeria and would be premiered in Nigeria and South Africa on November 24th before being premiered in Ghana.
The movie features, Shirley’s favorite actress, Joselyn Dumas, Chris Attoh, Nikki Samonas, Victoria Micheals, Adjetey Annan all from Ghana and OC Ukeje, Joke Silva, Lala Akindoju and Blossom Chukwujekwu all from Nigeria.
The Movie’s synopsis:
A divorced couple who decide to share equal space in their ex-matrimonial home soon realize that the ingenious idea is easier said than done. Bent on flexing their egos and scoring points, the two implore various hilarious tactics that soon inflames emotions and turns an already complicated situation into a roller coaster ride.
The movie was directed by Shirley Frimpong Manso, produced by Sarah Inya Lawal and Ken Attoh and co-produced by Georges Williams.
PotatoPotahto has already being pre-screened at the Cannes Film Festival and also at the Durban International Film Festival.
